In our precision machining division, we operate advanced HMCs, VMCs, and CNC centers, along with a world-class Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) lab, Millipore testing, and an impregnation plant. Our expertise extends across 350+ precision parts, ranging from oil pans, manifolds, and heat exchangers to conductors, filter housings, and intricate industrial castings. Every project begins with precision engineering. Using advanced software such as Quick Cast and Visiometa, we run 100 percent digital simulations during the product development stage, ensuring flawless casting results and reducing time-to-market. This focus on digital validation and process control has enabled us to achieve over 90 percent first-pass accuracy, driving higher production efficiency and superior product quality.
Quality has always been at the heart of our operations. Our manufacturing systems are certified under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, reflecting our adherence to global standards. We are now progressing toward certifications in ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational safety — reinforcing our commitment to sustainable, safe, and responsible manufacturing.
Sustainability remains one of our strongest priorities. Victory Precisions operates on clean energy, generating 1MW of solar power on-site, with expansion plans to double this capacity to 2MW. We also employ natural gas furnaces, sand reclamation, and waste reduction systems, all designed to minimize emissions and environmental impact. These initiatives ensure that our customers — particularly international sourcing partners — achieve their performance and ESG goals without compromise.
